Health Coordinator Session:
   You are eating a balanced diet, exercising, getting enough rest, but still not where you want to be.  One session may be all that you need to tweek your current regimen.  It is amazing what a difference one positive change can make.

Nutritional Consultation:  
You have not been able to find the right nutritional program to help you meet your goals.  We will go through your  likes, dislikes, lifestyle  and schedule to find the right combination for you.

   
Weight Loss & Maintenance:
We will help you in your journey towards meeting your body goals by providing you with every support you needed while assessing which will work best for you. From dietary plans to exercise routines, we will evaluate what's best for you.  We especially recommend a rebounding exercise here that would boost your weight loss, muscle tone and over all health.
     
Wellness and Prevention Assessment:
We will take a full assessment of everything that is impacting your health to create a program that helps you find your balance in a way that works for you.

Stress Management:
We look at the sources of stress and find tools and
techniques that help you better manage your daily responsibilities. Much of life is beyond our control, but we can learn to control the
way we meet what life gives us.


Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Adaptive Yoga, & Yoga in Chairs:
Four different styles of yoga for wherever you fall on the landscape of health. Whatever your physical limitations may be, if you can breathe you can practice yoga. Whether you are living with a chronic condition, rehabilitating from an injury, recovering from an illness or surgery, interested in establishing a regular yoga practice, or wanting to refresh or refine your practice, we will find the perfect fit for you.
