What is Healthy Living?
         In life we are constantly striving to achieve and maintain balance.  As children, we play with balancing activities like standing on one foot and hopping around while patting our heads.  As adults, we balance between work and play, family and community, group activities and pursuing our own interests. It is a constant balancing act. 

        Our bodies are constantly striving to achieve and maintain balance also.  We have different needs at different stages in life.  It is vitally important to know how to support ourselves nutritionally, mentally and emotionally at every juncture.   

        It is my intention to meet people where they are in life
and to give them the tools they need to achieve and maintain a healthy balance.  I work with individuals, families, groups and corporations to educate and inform those wishing to take responsibility for their health and well being.  I will inspire
